Russian torture in Ukrainian prisons may amount to crimes against humanity

New report documents Russia’s ill-treatment of Ukrainian prisoners

Torture and ill-treatment used by Russian soldiers in prisons and other places of detention in occupied parts of Ukraine is so systematic and widespread that it may amount to crimes against humanity.

That is the conclusion of a new report from DIGNITY and our partner organisations.
